I have been going through the Application log on our SBS2003 box and came across this error

Application Log

Source: ESE
EvenitID: 447

Information Store (5824) First Storage Group: A bad page link (error -327) has been detected in a B-Tree (ObjectId: 622, PgnoRoot: 611) of database E:\Program Files\Exchsrvr\mdbdata\priv1.edb (703841 => 703830, 703607).

Does anyone know how to fix this?

This seems like logical corruption.

Why don't you try to create a new store and do a move mailbox and then monitor it.

If that doesn't work then you need to follow anyone of the solution
1) isinteg -fix
2) Restore from last good known backup
3) Hard Repair.
