Status: offline 		We have an exhange 2007 Server and we are using outlook 2007. After reading a bunch of post i think this is going to end up as an Autodiscover problem. We are unable to access out of office assistant and our users cannot download the offline address book. We added a DNS record for autodiscover and added the internalURL to the virtual directory. Please let me know what info you need posted to check.
This has been driving us crazy and we just can't get it working correctly. Please someone help. Thank You in advance.

Status: offline 		You are right in that this is an autodiscover problem!

post the output of GET-AUTODISCOVERVIRTUALDIRECTORY | FL please.

Also post the output of GET-OABVIRTUALDIRECTORY | FL.

Since you mentioned you are using Outlook 2007, I assume you do NOT have a public folder database created on the mailbox server?

If so, have you configured web distribution for the OAB? What error do you get when you try to download the OAB?

Is this a single exchange server organization?

Status: offline 		We called Microsoft and had them fix it for us.  It ended up being a permissions issue.
