hi,
i install exchange server 2010 and taken domain from Go daddy now i want to redirect mail from go daddy to my mail server i have static IP also .

i want to know what all record to edit
i want get all mail to my mail server and i want to access OWA also

Please help

You have to create 'A' record first then create 'MX' record.
 For creating 'A' record you have to specify the hostname and public ip address that you already have.
Eg: 
Hostname: mail
IP address: XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX

For creating 'MX' record specify the priority (0 is the highest priority), hostname and FQDN for the mail
Eg: 
Priority: 0
Hostname: @
Goes to address: mail.domain.com

In DNS side this configuration is enough for OWA access, In exchange side you have to specify the external domain name as  https://mail.domain.com/owa.
