Dear Sir/Madam,
I can access my Outlook Web Access internally (within our network), but externally from a web browser I can't. I need to get this working so I can setup/configure Iphone 3Gs and Blackberry to access emails.

I've tried setting it up on a Iphone 3Gs and I get error msg "Exchange account verification failed"

Can you help....please

Have you configured a host record in DNS externally?

Hi,

I agree with the question asked by moderator, you will have to configure the DNS records to access the OWA externally(auth public DNS of your domain). However also check few of the other details if you have already configured the DNS eternally.

1. Check yout public IP(the NATed IP of your CAS or FE server)
2. Verify if you are able to access the owa using the public IP, if not you may have to look at the firewall configuration to allow the required ports.
3. If the access is fine using the public IP, your issue is simple. Check your DNS records are configured correctly.
