Migrating to 2010 from 2003. Had to add a 2nd server running the CAS role to handle our external access. This server needed the RSA agent installed for our SecurID tokens. Nothing but headaches with this server. We at last have it up and running, accepting the RSA token login internally with integrated authentication. (Can't get it to work with the normal OWA login form *at* *all*.) Trouble is, once OWA opens up, it's dead stick -- nothing works. Links, buttons, drop-downs -- they're all dead, whether I'm in Firefox 3.5.8 or IE8. IE isn't showing any page errors. Firefox's error console has a litany of offenses, which always start off with this: Error: syntax error
Source File: https://edge/owa/forms/premium/clientstrings.aspx?v=14.0.694.0&l=en-US

Source Code:
<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/html4/strict.dtd"> So I get that it's failing because it blows up on this file, which subsequently means it has no CSS to work with, which leaves me telling my end users that I can switch them to the new server, but they can only see their most recent e-mail and a list of the email they've gotten. All 2010 servers have the latest rollups. The accounts involved are all on the 2010 mailbox server; none of them are on our 2003 legacy server. I've tried copying the files from the working OWA server (in particular, the files in \Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\V14\ClientAccess\Owa\forms\premium ) Anyone have any suggestions? I'm at wits end and on a deadline to get this working so we can move the last of our users from our Exchange 2003 server for decomissioning.

Problem traced back to the eEye SecureIIS product. Installing this application immediately caused OWA to stop working, even if the software was completely disabled. Removing the installation fixed the problem.
