OWA hangs, then errors... with only 2 users!

Status: offline 		When only two users try to log into OWA, the process hangs and hangs and hangs... then this erros comes up:

Microsoft Exchange issued an unexpected response (500).

Only two users out of 30 get this... any ideas why?
