I posted this same error over at technet, but not no response.

I'm Trying to get Outlook Anyhwere working for a new Exchange 2010 Install on a Windows Server 2008 box. Server is at a Datacenter with a public IP. UCC Cert Installed. I get the expected "blank page" when I log into https://mail.domain.com/rpc/rpcproxy.dll with domain/username or just username.

When trying to configure the account in Outlook 2007, mailbox addition errors with "the action cannot be completed. the connection to microsoft exchange is unavailable. Outlook must be online or connected to complete this action". OWA works fine. I've redirected http/https://mail.domain.com/owa to https://mail.domain.com.

The RCA tool errors on the last line with:

Hi,

Which IIS components do you have installed. Once had a similar issue which was caused by a missing/corrupted IIS component.
