Hi,

Recently installed Exchange 2010 on a 2008R2 server and we have another 2003 Server on another box.

OWA was working but we have not installed a SSL certificate yet. The page would load up from the internet allowing a user to confirm a security exception and then log in.

Now, it still works from inside the LAN but will not work externally. Have double checked all the prerequisites and recreated the OWA directory from the shell but still no luck.

There has been no firewall changes. Any pointers of what to check would be appreciated.

Hi,

I assume you set the external URL for OWA. Can you telnet from externally to port 443 ?

Get-webservicesvirtualdirectory | fl identity,internalurl,externalurl

^That will tell you internal/external URLs for EWS...given your autodiscover service tests out OK, I can't remember the command to get your OWA urls

get-owavirtualdirectory | ft identity,internalurl
