Need to pick your brains.  I have set up a catch all e-mail sink for misaddressed e-mails to our domain.  catch-all@domain.co.uk.  Non-deliverable messages come in to this mailbox and I then have the ability to send the original message on to the correct recipient, which I can do fine from my own account, but when I try to send from the catch-all@domain.co.uk address I get the following NDR.

You do not have permission to send to this recipient.  For assistance, contact your system administrator.

I'm not sure why this is as I have given my own account "Allow" on the Send As  ACE (in fact has Full Control)

Do you know what I'm doing wrong?

Not sure what you were saying about Send As and Full Control, but Send As is an AD Security attribute, not an Exchange attribute.  In other words, you find the setting on the Security tab in an AD object's properties even if Exchange isn't installed.  You need to be displaying the Advanced Features in ADUC.

If you don't have Send As permissions, that is the NDR I'd expect to get.
