SMTP: Message Submitted to Catagorizer

Hi all.

Exchange on Windows Server 2003. For some reason some external emails are not getting through. When I look at the tracking log and the properties of a mail that has not got through to the user, it shows the following:

SMTP: Message Submitted to Advanced Queuing
SMTP: Started Message Submittion to Advanced Queue
SMTP: Message Submitted to Catagorizer

I had this occur recently with new accounts being created and external mail would not get through and show the above. Now it is happening with long established accounts.

Would appreciate any help with this.
