I don't believe you can export data from a mailbox in a recover database to a PST file only to a target mailbox or target folder within a mailbox.

I describe the process here:

I have no problem with exporting a common Mailbox from common database. I use cmd-lets new-maiboxexportrequest , get-mailboxexportrequest ... but i don't know how to specify that MB is in Recovery Database.

Like I told you it cannot be done when you export data from a recovery database.

I would like to suggest this application to Export EDB Mailbox to Outlook PST file. You just use the free trial version to convert EDB Mailbox to PST file and can see the preview of converted mailboxes. http://bit.ly/20SmuzB

Thanks

Here is a good option when you are unable to export Exchange mailboxes to PST files with built-in command line tools: http://ow.ly/fOz73021ByC

This advanced tool allows the users to save the recovered data into multiple file formats like PST, MSG, EDB etc. A free demo version is also available to test its features.
