Now one of the users is connected to Domain B and also on their Exchange server (Domain B is not in our Org)

The question is

I have removed this user from Domain B and added him to Domain A so Can i setup an outlook account to retrieve mail from Domain B's Exchange server and still use my Emails for Domain A whilst on Domain A's domain ?????

let me know if this doesn't make any sense and i will try and clarify

You may need to clarify because I'm confused about your description. If you've removed the user from Domain B, then there is nothing there to retrieve.
