I have two sites. WAN connection speed is 20Mb. 2nd site will be for disaster recovery.
Database is about 70GB

Is it possible to use DAG in this scenario. Will lagged copy help?

If not, any alternative? If so, how will it work in a disaster recovery scenario?

Depends on replication traffic (e.g. mail generated per day). Also, max. 250 ms roundtrip. Use the mailbox calculator to make a calculated guess:

Regarding lagged copies, those are meant for site resilience and have nothing to do with LAN or WAN links.
