I am trying to telnet my accepted domain in exchange console, this occurs also when i

The message you are getting simply states that the connection is not available because the port is not available. Make sure the Exchange transport service is running. Make sure you have stopped all 3rd party virus\spam applications installed on the server. Make sure you can telnet on port 25 locally!!
