As the subject of this post says, any new user I create on Exchange 2007 does not show up on "Global Address List" on my client machine. All client machines has outlook 2007.

I read somewhere online that sometime it takes a day or two to show up but this has been longer than week.

All the old users from Exchange 2003 do show up on Global Address List, it's just the new ones are not. The new users do show up on "All users" group.

Any help would be great!!!
Thanks

First make sure you create the users using EMC.Take out cache mode and check if you can see the users. If they appear you have a problem synchronizing the offline address book. Raise diagnostic logging for offline address book for more details. On your Outlook also check the Sync Issues folder for any OAB errors.

Thank you very much....
The way I create users are first I create them in Active Directory and then go to EMC and create new mail box and select the newly created user in AD. (That's something new in SBS 2008 and Exchange 2007 also. In SBS 2003 and Exchange 2003, when you create new user in AD, it used to give option to create mail box right there.)

But I removed the Cached mode and yes they did show up. I am not sure how to raise diagnostic logging for offline address book. Can you help?

Thanks once again.
