How long does it take to upgrade a mailbox server with SP3 - from SP1?

For me it was less than an hour, but long enough, over 30 minutes, that this is a downtime scenario. But that will depend on you server specs etc and what you get will probably differ. Also I jumped from SP2 to 3 so may not be too comparable.
