Please Help! some one outthere must have come across this issue.

Exchange 2007 UM error when trying to change the auto-attendant greeting prompt with a custom greeting. I followed  Microsoft instruction as follows.
1. recorded the voice file in following fornmat  (PCM,  8.000Khz, 16bit, mono) as wav file

2. copied the audio file in to a folder on the exchange UM server c:\prompts\wwelcome.wav

3. Ran the following exchange shell command to copy the audio file to UM prompt publishing point.

Copy-UMCcustomprompt -path c:\prompts\wwelcome.wav -UMAutoattendant test

4. Then using EMC tried to configure the new audio on the greeting tab of UM-autoattendant, Greeting tab, Modify - Bussiness hours greeting and I am getting the following Error messages as shown.

Microsoft Exchange Error
The following error(s) occurred while saving changes:

The process cannot access the file '\\Servername.domain.com\ExchangeUM\bbb26138-8f01-49b9-bc19-402227f5b670\980cbe70-7df0-4365-aec7-ccbfd22bd5c2\wwelcome.wav' because it is being used by another process.

I am stuck with this issue please help!!!!!!

Thank you and Regards
