We use ISA to pass authentication to CAS. I have set OWA login to enter username only. It works fine for Exchange 2010 mailboxes. But failed to access Exchange 2003 mailboxes. I had to enter domain\username even Exchange 2010 is set to not needed. Has anyone set a OWA access with only typing username in a Exchange 2010 and 2003 coexisting environment? How does CAS proxy the login information? Only for any entered information at logon screen? If so how can I make CAS to proxy with pre-defined domain name along with username?

Thanks,

When you log into the Exchange 2003 OWA from an internal system, do you have to provide domain\username or just the username? This type of configuration must be done on the server accepting the connection attempt (in your Exchange, the CAS for mailboxes on E2K10 and the E2K3 backend\mailbox server).
