You do not have to use the IP address of the server. You can also use the name of the server. The best way to go around this would be to setup an A record (host name record) in your internal DNS server that resolves to the IP address of the server, that way your users can internally use a name (preferably the same name as used externally) as opposed to tthe IP address

I setup A record on my DNS server (Domain Server) then also i am not able to access OWA with external address.
created like this--- full qualified domain name--- mail.example.com.abc.local and target to my mail server IP Address

We have one domain server and one Exchange server this is my current setup

Sorry but WHAT??? What do you mean by that? If your internal DNS zone is abc.local, then create a host record like mail.abc.local and point to your Exchange server. If you want your users to have the same address internal and external, then you have to create (if it does not already exist) a DNS zone for your external domain so that mail.example.com internally points to your exchange server and mail.example.com on the internet points to your firewall which forwards accordingly to your exchange server.
