I have a user using Outlook 2007 via Exchange 2007 and is randomly getting this bounceback message

The following recipient(s) cannot be reached:

'user@domain' on 02/03/2011 09:48
None of your e-mail accounts could send to this recipient.

ive seen this on outlook 2003 in the past where the "from field" would be blank but this is not the case here. Can anyone offer any suggestion?

If another user sends to the email address it goes through fine. If the user in question sends the email to another person it goes through ok.

All addresses tested are external email addresses.
