Hello,
We have two Exchange 2010 SP1 Mailbox Servers in DAG
with four NICs:
1NIC Production
2NIC Replication
3NIC Backup
4NIC Spare

1NIC on one server start lost connection sometimes (ones a week) and we get message "disconnected". I am going to change it to the 4NIC with the same IP.
As soon as this server is a DAG member, where I should make a changes ?
Thank you

As far as i know, it shouldn't be a problem, you will have to shutdown the Passive Server and disconnect it from the network physically.

Replace the NIC and check the DAG if you get any error, that should be related to Database Copy which is not a big issue.
