We have activesync working well for all users in our production site. Running via TMG to a CAS array. However, if I move a user to a second site, which has it's own CAS/HT/MBX roles, ActiveSync does not work for that user.

Testexchangeconnectivity.com returns the following error:

Testing of the OPTIONS command failed. For more information, see Additional Details.
A Web exception occurred because an HTTP 503 - ServiceUnavailable response was received from Unknown.

Is there some special configuration for multiple sites, or should autodiscovery just take care of the user's location?

I have the EAS website (internal and external), setup exactly the same on both sites (ie https://exchange.company.com/Microsoft-Server-ActiveSync). Is this correct or should non CAS array servers reflect thier own server name?

As far as I can tell IIS is also idential for both sites.

OWA works for the user, but when I use the CAS array address, it suggests I use the local servername for the best perfomance.

I've tried certificates for both CAS address (exchange.company.com) and server (server.company.com) without success.

Any pointers much appreicated.

Thanks,

Gav
