Users can't see e-mail when in cached exchange mode?

For some odd reason, when some of my users are in cached exchange mode, they do not see any of their e-mails. However when I turn it off, it shows their up to date e-mails. Is this a known issue? Is there a fix out there?

Out of the box cached mode "just works". Some of the things that would break it are some wacky attempt to access the OST from a place that it doesn't have permissions to (soooo unlikely unless someone changed something!) Maybe you haven't given it enough time to sync? If the server is far away down the wires you're going to wait a while before synched mail starts showing up. You should get a folder hierachy pretty quickly though. Do you have that do you just get the basic folders?

Thanks for the reply!

So we just deployed exchange server 2010, the only problem people are getting is that they can't receive any e-mail, yet they can send out e-mail. Not sure how to approach in solving this.
