I am trying to setup separate rules for a single mailbox that has multiple email addresses. Lets say I have user A and he has email aaa@bbb.com and ccc@bbb.com. I would like to have a rule that would take all email sent to aaa@bbb.com and put it in one folder and take all email sent to ccc@bbb.com email and put it in a different folder. When I create a rule for either aaa@bbb.com or ccc@bbb.com it seems to affect both not each of them seperatly. Can someone tell me what I am missing. Let me know if you need additional information. Thank you.

What you propose isn't going to work using Outlook Rules. When a message is received by Exchange, it performs a lookup for the SMTP address to determine which AD object is associated. Once that is done however, the SMTP recipient address isn't really usable.

You can investigate 3rd-party products. I believe there is something at www.ivasoft.biz that does what you want.

Use the rule "with specific words in the message header". I have successfully created a rule to move messages sent to one of my secondary addresses into a subfolder.
