Hello.
We have created a new setup and we have reached a problem.
We have moved all the users mailboxes using Exmerge and a script for the larger ones.

Now I am wondering how we can move the PF.

The servers are not in the same domain.
No files are corrupt and we have both the pub.edb and the pub.stm.

What would be the best course of action in moving the PF to the new server?

If any more information is required, please let me know.

First of all, I have a Bad News for you (If i am correct)
ExMerge is not supported for Exchange 2010 PST (ExMerge uses ANSI format and 2010 uses UNICOD format)

You can use the Admin account to Export the PST of Public Folders using Outlook and Import it on 2010 Server using Admin account.

How would we import it back to the server? Through Outlook? If so, how would we "convert" it to a public folder again?

Edit:
This was the way to go.
Exported the old PF as a .pst file from an administrator account.
Then created new PF on the EX2010.
Imported the .pst.
Then it was a simple thing to recreate the folder structure and move the items to their respective folders.
