Hi All

Please can someone help me. I've got an Exchange 2010 server with IIS running on the server.

I need to create a new certificate in Exchange. So I created the Certificate Request and send the request to Thawte. They created an SSL123 Certificate for me.

When I download the certificate from their site it is a .p7b file. How to I import this .p7b file into Exchange 2010 as the file format that Exchange require is .Cer or . Crt

Please can you assist me with this matter

Regards
Jeanne

You might have downloaded the certificate chain instead of the certificate. Go back to them and see if they issued you a different file as well. If still unsure contact their support. I've never had an issue getting the proper certificate file format from them.
