I installed an additional Exchange 2010 client access server into our environment, but stupidly, I included the Mailbox Roll in the install. After I removed it by using the add/remove programs application, I'm now flooded with error messages from MSExchange Common, Event ID: 106. (see below) I've done a bit of research online and have yet to find anything conclusive outside of "just ignore it". While it appears to pertain to the Health checks, I cant be certain. Here's the error message contents, does anyone have any experience with the similar situation? Source: MSExchange Common Event ID: 106 Performance counter updating error. Counter name is Requests Per Second, category name is MSExchange ResourceHealth. Optional code: 3. Silly question but have you rebooted the server yet after the removal of the mailbox role?

Yes, many times while troubleshooting the problem. I ended up just reinstalling the entire system as it's just a member of a cluster and was pretty easy to redo all the configurations with no loss of data. -Thanks
