We have many users who rarely see the front doors of any branch office and require remote access to Exchange using Outlook.

Although it is currently working, users have to make sure their username is <domain>\<user> when they open Outlook. Is there a way to change this so they only need to type their username without a need to specify the domain as well?

[color="midnightblue" size="2"]No to the small business server, regular Windows server 2003 with all the patches running Exchange Enterprise.
I changed the ip to all unassigned still not able to sync. Very weird problem considering most of the users can access the server through their phone. Plus this user can access OMA and OWA.
It's probably something really simple I'm overlooking.
Anymore ideas?
