So you just want to delete the Public Folder Database? If you are using Outlook 2003 client than you will have to have Public Folder Database. Before you delete the Public Folder Database of Old server, you should replicate it on to New Server. You can delete the Public Folder Database from Adsiedit.mes...Configuration...>Services...>Microsoft Exchange...>ORG...>Administrative Group...>Exchange Administrative Group...>Server...>Information Store...>Second Storage Group..[Delete Public Folder Database] Cheers,

I know, cause by default you don't see Configuration Partition on Windows Server 2008. Right Click on Adsiedit and click on ADD, From the Default Naming Context where its showing Domain Context select Configuration and click on Apply and OK. After that follow my previous POST. Cheers,
