hello

I have 3 DC's: two are 2003 servers (fsmo holder) and one is a 2000 server.  Can I have a 2008 member server/exch 2010 with a 2K DC?

thanks

You can add any version of Windows into the domain as a member server (including NT4). As long as your domain/forest is in native 2003 then you can install Exchange 2010. Once you do rise the domain/forest to native 2003 then you should demote the Windows 2000 DC as it will be missing many schema attributes.
