New User Problem

We recently migrated from Exchange 2007 (old server) to Exchange 2010 on a new server - the old Exchange 2007 was then decommissioned

Everything has been working fine, except now when we create a new user we cannot connect to it in either in Outlook or OWA (both these work fine for everyone else)

In Outlook the error is that the user cannot be found in the Global Address List (although it is listed)

In OWA we get “Access is denied” although several refreshes of the browser finally brings the user up

Has anyone any ideas?

Any help appreciated
