Looking for a software product that will report what e-mails have been opened in Exchange 2010. This is for compliance reasons.
We have to show that certain e-mails have been reviewed by an administrator. To be clear all the e-mails will be journaled
into one e-mail box, then the administrator will open that e-mail box and in turn will open a certain percentage of those e-mails.
We have to chronicle or prove that the administrator at least opened those e-mails for review. Can you help?

I don't know that a journaling account is going to be legal evidence. If this is so important, wouldn't they want a mail archiving product like the ones available at GFI or barracuda?
