I wonder how mail flow using TLS.

when A server enables TLS and send a mail to B Server.
how a mail flow between them ?
does A server send A server's certificate to B server
and make secure channel ? or A server use B server's certificate
to secure channel ?

I've read several MS documents abt this but didn't find what I want
to know. please help me!

Is it right what I've understood ?
when a user in A server try to send a TLS mail to B user in B server, a user use B server's certificate(public key) to encrypt a mail and send to B user in B server. and b user in B server use private key to decrypt the mail. it means when A server enable TLS in receive connector, b user in B server must use A server certificate. is this right ?
then what is different between self-signed certificate and third party certificate ?
