Hi,

Im relatively new to Exchange and I have a user at work who is trying to setup an autoreply for internal use.

Whenever someone emails him internally, he wants it to reply with a templte. I've advised him to use folder assistant but whenever he tries it, it just says it could not be saved.

He is an owner of the public folder and has all the correct perms.

Is it something to do with the location of the template? Where its being saved?

Can anyone help?

Hi Neko,

THanks for your help.

Let me explain better...

Its for a helpdesk public folder. What they want is when an internal user sends an email for help, they want a standard reply back telling them to call a number if its urgent, or we will respond within XXmins etc etc and so on. This is until they actually respond to the query.

Because its for internal only, how can I do this?

I had a look at rules like you said but theres no option to select internal/external.

The only options I get is to "send back to user", "delete", "reply with templte" and "forward"

Am I missing something here?
