Hey, I am new here. Just a quick question about the issue happened in our office. We have a call center which accept customer offer, then send tax invoice and email confirmation to customer. but yesterday when a new staff send those, all the accounts team received the same message which they shouldn't receive. This is not possible in my opinion. Any idea or suggestion for it? I will be really appreciated your help.
