Hi Everyone.

I read Henriks article:
http://www.msexchange.org/articles_tutorials/exchange-server-2010/high-availability-recovery/load-balancing-exchange-2010-client-access-servers-using-hardware-load-balancer-solution-part1.html

Great work, but it left me with a tiny question.

in Part 3 Henrik writes:

"As you noted a self-signed certificate was automatically installed when you enabled SSL acceleration. Since we want to use the 3rd party SAN/UC certificate currently used on the CAS servers in our CAS array...."

Question is, do I need to have the SAN/UC/Wildcard certs installed on the HLB AND the CAS servers, or will it work with Certs ONLY installed on the HLB? leaving only self signed certs on the CAS servers?

Input would be much appreciated.

It's sufficient to have it installed on HLB since communication between HLB and CAS servers are over port 80.

Thanks, Didnt work for me at first. But got on track again after reading your article about NTLM auth. After converting the OAB to a web app I stopped getting cert errors in Outlook :).
