Problem with exchange account (Full Version)

I have a problem with setting up my co-workers account with ExchangeActive sync.

When i try to finish the setup on the phone, i get error that says Cant connect to server. The user psw server address and domain data are 100% correct. If i try to set up my own account on his phone, it works perfectly and i also cant set up his account on another phone.

I inspected the user on AD and found out that his accounts legacyExchangeDN is /o=company/ou=first administrative group/cn=recipients/cn=<username>

but mine, and others are /o=company/ou=Exchange Administrative Group (FYDIBOHF23SPDLT)/cn=Recipients/cn=userc29668bc

could this be the issue?

if so how could i fix it?

do i need to provide any more info?

I suggest backup the user's mailbox to PST, delete their mailbox and re-create it and re-import their mail. Then try Activesync again.
