Help!  Sometime between yesterday afternoon and this morning, our Small Business Server 2008 stopped sending mail to outside domains.

Specs:
- SBS 2008 x64
- Exchange 2007

Every Single outgoing domain in the queue has the same Error:
451 4.4.0 Primary target IP address responded with: "421 4.2.1 Unable to connect." Attempted failover to alternate host, but that did not succeed.  Either there are no alternate hosts, or delivery failed to all alternate hosts.

We did perform server updates (Windows Updates) last night and installed the following:
- KB2564958 -Cumulative Security Update for Internet Explorer 8 for Windows Server 2008 x64 Edition
- KB2567053 - Security Update for Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 SP2 on Windows Vista SP2 and Windows Server 2008 SP2 for x64
- KB2572075 - Security Update for Windows Server 2008 x64 Edition
- KB2586488 - Security Update for Windows Server 2008 x64 Edition

The only other thing we did was remove WSUS from the server.

Any ideas would be great.

Sounds to me as if you have DNS issues.

Do you have forwarders configured on your DNS server? If not - please add some and test DNS.
