Some of our folders for exchange 2003 dbs are almost full, so I want to move some of dbs to the folders for logs. My question is: Can I put the logs from different information stores into same folder but different subfolders?

Thanks.

Sure. You can put the logs anywhere you want. Remember any rules about any VSS backup app you might be using; the logs and stores have to be on different volumes.

You can create a x:\logs and then \db1-4, \db5-9 etc. under that x:\logs for each log set.

Remember to provide enough IO. If you're putting a lot of logs onto a small number of spindles you could find yourself in IO trouble, especially in versions as old as 2003.
