i would like to send outbound mails by the connector direcly instead of using a smart host

does anybody know what has to be configured that the connector can resolve the target mailserver

You just need to change it to DNS from Smart Host on Send Connector and restart MS Exchange Transport Service.

unfortunatly its not easy like this
the mails get stocked in their queues...

i think it needs some additional config on my dns server..??

cause he is the one who is resolving / looking
for the appropriate destination mx-records...
