Do you mean how do you share your own calendar, or how do you access someone else's already shared calendar in OWA? If it's the first, then I don't think you find any way to do it in OWA - you need to do it in Outlook. If it's the second, then you go to a particular URL, I think it's

Open outlook and select the calendar icon in the Navigation Pane. Exchange gives you additional options in the navigation Pane that non-exchange user will not see. Select "Share My Calendar." A sharing invitation email opens. In the "To" field, enter the name of the person that you plan on sharing your calendar with.
