]Hi, I have a firewall between the Exchanger server 2010 and the Outlook Web App server. What are the ports I need to open on that firewall ?

443 and nothing else. Literally nothing. TCP 443 is the only port you have open from the Internet for client access.

But if we cannot open the port 443 directly to the CAS. What are other more secure way of doing it. I was tiking of putting the CAS in the DMZ.

You can't put the CAS in the DMZ. That is not supported and also insecure.
There are reverse proxies you can use. MS TMG is one such product but the future of that product is uncertain.
What makes you think you can't open 443?
