Hello,

We have currently defined meeting rooms as resources in our 2003 exchange environment.
Let's suppose that room X is already booked for a period of time.
Someone else wants to book the same resource using his calendar.

He can see the free/busy informaiton but can also get into the already existing booking to see every single detail of this meeting, as well as attached documents if there are any.

Do yo know haw we can block this access so that only the free/busy information is visible and not the content of the meeting already booked.

Thanks for your help

Actually you've opened it up too far. By default you can't see the contents of an appointment, just that an appointment exists.
So, take a look at what permissions you have assigned and step them back a bit. Unfortunately you're on 2003 and that doesn't have any decent built-in tools for rooms (2010 has) so I can't direct you much further because I don't know what you're using and how you opened up the permissions.
