Hi,
Have remote users set up to access their emails from Exchange Server via POP3.
Test Account Settings: log onto incoming mail server and Send test e-mail message both come back Completed.
Users receive emails and can send to other users within domain.
Cannot send 'outside' domain - comes back with Undeliverable.......
The following recipient(s) cannot be reached:
abcdefg@address.com

Server error: '550 <abcdefg@address.com> Recipient not allowed'

What am I doing wrong, or overlooked in setting up the server to allow the users to send out emails?

Thanks,
Ray

Thanks. Unfortunately does not give a solution to what I am experiencing.
I have other POP3 accounts set up on my PC which work fine.
The issue here is that it is not allowing POP3 or IMAP connection to the Exchange Server to send messages - BUT it does allow itself to send the test email via microsoft when testing settings...??
