Hi, We are running Exchange 2003 SP2. We have a mail enabled public folder set up for receiving emails from external users and internal domain. Emails from external users to public folder coming in as posts and emails from internal users to the public folder are normal emails. A request has come to restore email sent to a mail enabled public folder from an external sender. When trying to restore emails using the pub1.edb database and softwares (Netapp Single Mailbox Recovery, Enstella Exchange Recovery),the body of emails sent to a public folder from an external recipients are empty.We can see the email, but the body is blank. Can somebody please help. There are some important emails that were sent from external senders to public folders that need to be recovered.

You can try edb to pst **** software. This is the simple way to convert edb files to PST files format. Its convert large sized EDB files and save them into PST files. you can Import or Export and report generate also. For more information about this utility at here:- http://bit.ly/1VDJ0uB
