First of all, thank you for taking the time to read this.  I'm new to the Forum, so please forgive any forum etiquette mistakes.

I'm a Cisco Engineer for a company, in my city.  I also have access to our Exchange environment, to backup our Windows admin, in case he/she is not on-site.  With that said, here's my question, and I hope the community can help.  I know that you can grant anyone Full Access Permissions to an Exchange mailbox.  Are there any logs that can tell you who has been granted access to a mailbox;  AND are there any logs to show WHAT someone has done in that mailbox (delete messages, forward messages, etc).  We had an incident where we think that our Windows admin has granted her/himself access to someone elses mailbox, and deleted messages out of it.  Unfortunately, we don't know how to tell (only they do).

Thanks, in advance, for any help you can provide.  :)
