Here is the way how to do it: You will have to open ADSIEDIT.MSC from one of your Domain Controllers and then navigate to the Server Name. Path would be Configuration -> Services -> Microsoft Exchange -> { Name of Your Organization } -> Administrative Group -> Exchange Administrative Group -> Servers -> { Your Server Name } Then remove the Server. Got the answer from here http://forums.msexchange.org/m_1800532154/mpage_1/key_/tm.htm#1800532154

If you simply remove the server as Helen777 suggested, you will still have entries in active directory that could cause you issues! I recommend to actually rebuild another server with the same configuration (same number of hard drives but space could be equal to or more than original; Same server name - do not delete the existing server account in active directory, simply reset the account) and then run exchange 2010 setup with the /RECOVERSERVER switch! This will pull all the configuration of the server from active directory and apply to the new server. This also means you do not need to change Outlook clients as they will already be pointing to that server. In addition you will need to simply restore your databases and thats it. Hey de.blackman I got your solution but the thing My board & HDD both got dead, so i wouldn't have same capacity of HDD and board. I think reover switch wouldn't work because as you said I should have same HDD capacity. Can you advise something else?? I'd be thankful to you and helen solution also in my consideration. One more thing de.blackman, If I use different HDD and process new installation of my windows and then exchange can I use same name and same IP add for that?? Thanks

Most definitely you can use different HDD and processor...I think you may have not understood my point! I do not mean that you HAVE to use the exact same hard drive as before. What I meant was to get another drive that has is the same size or more as the original one that crashed. You can even buy a new server if you want or install a virtual machine (its doesnt matter what type of hardware you use to be honest!)...The only things that matter are: - The server name must be the same as before
- I strongly recommend to have the same IP as before
- The drives should be the same, meaning, if you had drives c:, d: and e: before, you must have drive c:, d: and e: on the new server. If c: drive was 100GB on the old server, it should be also 100GB or more but not less!
Hope this clears things up.

You need to delete IIS Virtual Directories, Applications & Applicaitons Pool for a complete uninstall.
