molski -> SSL certificate with other domain name (23.Mar.2012 3:00:31 AM)

Right now my Exchangeserver has the FQDN mail.domain.biz and I use a single domain ssl cert for mail.domain.biz . I also have a more "easy" domainname pointing to my Exchange server (and offcourse I get a SSL error when using OWA).

In a few weeks I need to purchase a new SSL certificate and would like to use a wildcard certificate for *.domain.nl (the more easy domain name).

Is this possible with Exchange? If so, what things do I need to do to make this all work? I know I need to change at least all the External URLs for OWA etc.

Thanks!

Regards,
Molski

After reading several topics on this forum, I think that all I need to do are the steps explained in this topic: http://forums.msexchange.org/m_1800529476/mpage_1/key_/tm.htm#1800529705

And offcourse issue a new wildcard SSL cert for the new external domain name.

Can somebody confirm this? Thanks.

Marc
