Hello
We have Exchange 2010 and all roles in single server with SP2 installed.
We got continuesly error in event viewer as below,
EventId : 1446
EventSource : MS Exchange Unified Messaging
EventCatagory : UMCore
Description:
The Unified Messaging server failed to process the message with header file
"D:\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\V14\UnifiedMessaging\voicemail\e6e90590-7a69-4ee5-bfac-b6f4fa85b09f.txt"
within "4" minutes.
The UM server will continue to process and deliver the message,
but the "MSExchangeUMAvailability: % of Messages Successfully Processed Over the Last Hour" performance counter will be decreased.

Hi Johan,
I browsed the folder "D:\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\V14\UnifiedMessaging\voicemail\e6e90590-7a69-4ee5-bfac-b6f4fa85b09f.txt"
But there is no .txt file and voicemail folder is blank.

Hi,
In that case it looks like you sometimes have issues delivering UM messages but that they will be delivered eventuelly. Can you check the message tracking if the message has been delivered.

Hi,
But we dont face any issue with my emails they are working fine .
And we are not using UM role right now
How can i disable voicemail feture in UM

Hi,
OK and are user enabled for this feature? If not the most easy way is to unassign it to users.
