ok I need help we get this all the time and let me explain.

Here is the issue. I can have it working no problem then all of a sudden it will stop. The only fix I have found is I have to rebuild the PC cleanly and then reinstall the exchange tools and then it works again.

I just had this where I was using a clean fresh built pc doing pst creations for the last 4 days and all of a sudden today it errors again and there is no way around it. All Mailboxes do this and it is not a permissions issue.

Rebuild pc and all is well for sometime. This has been going on for years with us and I'm finally looking for help. No updates were installed also.

This problem is occurred due to incorrect permissions or corrupted items in your mailbox. Please go through this link to fix this issue:

Look at exchange server recovery helps you recovers corrupted/unreadable exchange folders, messages and rest data are damaged by power shortages or surges, physical damage and incorrect user's actions.

This error indicates that there are some corrupted items in mailboxes and need to fix before moving them. To perform accurate, complete and quick edb to pst conversion, you may try a Exchange server recovery tool like this: http://www.serversdatarecovery.com/exchange.html

This software first checks and fixes the corrupted items or any other issue in Exchange database file and then allows to move mailboxes.
